Ryan Perrilloux is got to be the dumbest football player in America. With only a few months before he was to become the starting quarterback for the defending national champion, LSU Tigers he got thrown off of the team for failing a drug test. This was only the most recent addition to Perrilloux's rap sheet; he had been involved in fights and was connected to a counterfeiting ring. How dumb is this guy? He was on the verge of becoming a national star, and now he is going to be that guy that twelve years from now we'll see playing Arena Football.
